MONETARY GIFT VOUCHERS
1.16 May be used in conjunction with other instore beauty treatment promtions or offers; however they cannot be used against product purchases at our online store or in salon.
1.17 Are redeemable against services only.
1.18 There is no cash alternative and the voucher is not-transferable.
1.19 The Voucher must be presented in person. Please Whatsapp, phone or text Ph: 07384855593 to make an appointment. Please book in advance for your preffered date, as we book up 2-3 weeks in advance, and more, during peak trading months.
1.20 Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. We may extend at our discretion, for a further 2 -3 weeks on condition you notify us at least 2 week prior to your Gift Voucher expiration date.
1.21 Where you have booked an appointment using your Gift Voucher; please be aware of our appointment cancellations and rescheduling terms and conditions. A no show on the day of your appointment will use up 100percent of your gift voucher.
APPOINTMENT BOOKING & CANCELLATION
24 Hour Cancellation Policy for Appointments
Your appointments are very important to us. While we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. This will allow us the opportunity to fill that appointment time, with clients on our waiting list
We will confirm your appointment with you at least 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.
Cancellation Fees
Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply if you fail to give at least 24 hours’ notice that you will not be able to make your appointment.
– Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
– ‘No shows’ will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
– For appointments made within the 24 hour period, if you cannot make your appointment, please cancel within 4 hours of your appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
The cancellation policy gives us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability and keeps our team members’ schedules filled.
No Show & Prepayment Charge
If you do not give us the appropriate notice on more than one occassion; we may at our discretion ask you to prepay a non-refundable booking for all future appointment bookings.
Appointment Confirmation Text
As a courtesy, we will text/ Whatsapp to confirm your appointment at least 24 - 48 hours prior to your appointment date. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times, to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.

CANCELLATION AND GOODS RETURNED POLICY
Goods Return & Exchange Policy
All of our sales are final. Therefore, we cannot accept returns and exchange.
Cancelling / Cancelled Orders
If you would like to check if it’s possible to cancel your order, please email info@etonbeauty.com including order number, name, email address and your request. Once your order has been packaged and shipped; it may not be possible to cancel your order.
DELIVERY
We will deliver the goods in accordance with the Delivery option selected by you during the order process. Any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only. Orders may be delivered in one or more delivery. All orders are sent out via Royal Mail. Please note, all deliveries have to be signed for.
Delivery Times
Between 1 to 5 working days.
Although we do not guarantee next day delivery, we will try to do our best to fulfill your request.
Delivery Charges
We may at times offer free UK over £150.00
EUROPE & REST OF THE WORLD - Currently paused
We currently do not ship to Europe or worldwide. When we do resume shipping to other countries, please note that Customs duties will be payable by you, in destination country.
Delivery Times
Orders to all destinations Europe & Worldwide are delivered approximately between 7 to 21 working days.
Eton Beauty Riverside does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party. As soon as you have received the goods, you will assume all risk in the goods.
Damaged Items
If any items are damaged, defective or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of arrival of from order. We display photos of our products on our website for guidance only - minor differences between the photograph and the received product do not count as defects.
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please email info@etonbeauty.com including order number, name, email address and a photograph illustrating the damage.
On receipt of the returned goods we will give you a refund of the amount paid for the goods. Refunds will be made against the original form of tender.

Eton Beauty Riverside cannot be held responsible for returned goods that do not reach our Returns Department; we recomment sufficient postage insurance when returnng goods to us.
Uncollected Delivery
Where a delivery attempt has been made and no one was available to sign for it; Royal Mail will leave a card and attempt a second delivery and following which, it will have to be collected from your nearest post office. Should you not collect your parcel from your post office following all the delivery attempts, your order may be returned to us. We will not be held responsible for any uncollected items to go astray. Should your order be returned to us as uncollected items; you will be required to pay the appropriate postage for reshipping.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

Law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
