APPOINTMENT BOOKING & CANCELLATION
24 Hour Cancellation Policy for Appointments
Your appointments are very important to us. While we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. This will allow us the opportunity to fill that appointment time, with clients on our waiting list
We will confirm your appointment with you at least 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.
Cancellation Fees
Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply if you fail to give at least 24 hours’ notice that you will not be able to make your appointment.
– Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
– ‘No shows’ will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
– For appointments made within the 24 hour period, if you cannot make your appointment, please cancel within 4 hours of your appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
The cancellation policy gives us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability and keeps our team members’ schedules filled.
No Show & Prepayment Charge
If you do not give us the appropriate notice on more than one occassion; we may at our discretion ask you to prepay a non-refundable booking for all future appointment bookings.
Appointment Confirmation Text
As a courtesy, we will text/ Whatsapp to confirm your appointment at least 24 - 48 hours prior to your appointment date. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times, to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.

MONETARY GIFT VOUCHERS
May be used in conjunction with other instore beauty treatment promtions or offers; however they cannot be used against product purchases at our online store or in salon.
Are redeemable against services only.
There is no cash alternative and the voucher is not-transferable.
The Voucher must be presented in person. Please Whatsapp, phone or text Ph: 07384855593 to make an appointment. Please book in advance for your preffered date, as we book up 2-3 weeks in advance, and more, during peak trading months.
Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. We may extend at our discretion, for a further 2 -3 weeks on condition you notify us at least 2 week prior to your Gift Voucher expiration date.
Where you have booked an appointment using your Gift Voucher; please be aware of our appointment cancellations and rescheduling terms and conditions. A no show on the day of your appointment will use up 100 percent of your gift voucher.
